Bonjour ,

Cela fait un petit moment que j'ai acheté une carte TV/TNT Hauppauge HVR 1110 (Version triangulaire).

Voici les détails de la carte que j'ai récupéré dans WinTV :

J'ai un PC avec Pentium 4 3ghz , 2go mémoire , ATI X1650pro , XP sp2.

J'ai un problème avec l'utilisation de WinTV , l'installation de la carte/logiciel s'est passé sans problème. Je capte toutes les chaines analogiques et tnt.
Le soucie est quand je veux regarder la tv je dois allumer le pc lancer WinTV , la première fois ça marche pas (pas de son/image) .
Donc j'etains le PC et le rallume dessuite , une fois sur windows dans le gestionnaire de tache je supprime EPG et ensuite je lance WinTV et la ça marche sans problème. J'ai essayé les méthodes que je connais et jusque la je n'ai pas trouvé autre chose.

J'avoue que pour la regarder la TV , c'est pas génial d'allumer la pc 2fois ou voir même 3fois, si vous avez une idée je serai preneur . Merci d'avance.

Bonjour,
Par défaut, il se lance au boot du PC et SCAN toutes chaines TNT. Cela prend donc un temps certain pendant lequel il utilise le tuner. Pendant ce temps, WinTV ne peut accéder au tuner.
Si tu ne l'utilises pas, tu peux le désinstaller (Ajout/suppression de programme).

On peux aussi le paramétrer pour ne pas se lancer automatiquement au boot (dans ma version CD 4.4 mais je n'avais pas regardé dans les versions plus anciennes).
On peut aussi le stopper.
L'icone (probablement masquée) se trouve à coté de l'horloge.

Voila j'ai désinstallé EPG , et après j'ai redémarrer le pc , pour le moment ça marche . Demain je verai si ça marche toujoursapres avoir laissé l'ordi en stand by toute la nuit.

Il n'y a pas de raison.
Si tu veux le réinstaller, il suffit d'exécuter le fichier "DVB-T_EPGService_Setup.exe" qui se trouve dans le dossier "EPG" du CD. N'oublies pas que tu peux le paramétrer.
Dans la version du CD 4.2 (ou 4.0, je ne sais plus), la commutation des chaines était très longue, d'ou un blocage long au lancement. Ceci est corrigé dans la version 4.4 qui devrait etre disponible bientot sur le site Hauppauge.FR (elle est déjà disponible sur le site UK, mais en Anglais uniquement).

Bonjour ,

Donc j'ai desinstaller EPG , et j'ai toujours le même problème . Au premier démarrage du PC les chaines ne s'affiche pas même si j'attend un bon moment. Parcontre si je redemarre le pc dessuite , et au retour sur windows je relance WinTV et la ça marche !

Bizarre ?

J'a regardé quelle version du cd je possède , j'ai le 4.0

Je vais voir sur le site UK , pour telecharger la version 4.4 , en esperant qu'il ne soit pas trop gros car je suis encore au bas debit (56K) !

Bonsoir , j'ai essayé de telecharger la dernière version de cd mais je n'y arrive pas ma connexion est trop lente. Ce soir ça m'a refait la même chose.

C'était meme un week-end prolongé, je viens tout juste de rentrer d'un voyage dans les Dolomites, donc encore dans les "vaps".
Je me demande si finallement, ton problème n'est pas lié à un redémarrage après une mise en veille?
- Se produit-il si, au lieu d'arreter le PC par une mise en veille, tu l'arretes proprement?

Moi aussi il va falloir que je songe a prendre des vacances , ça fais 2ans que j'ai pas pris de vacance a cause du taf Evil or Very Mad et je crois que cela fera le plus grand bien lol!

Sinon pour mon problème , je ne met jamais mon pc en veille je l'eteint toujours completement. Si tu as une autre idée je suis preneur car j'ai même demandé a mon frère qui est dans l'informatique et il a pas trouvé faut dire qu'il bosse plus sous unix/linux que sous windows !

Veux-tu dire que l'écran reste noir?
Avec, ou sans le son?
Lorsque l'écran est noir, lances l'utilitaire Hauppauge "Primary" et essaies les différentes possibilités (il faut le fermer puis relancer WinTV).

Oui c'est bien ça l'ecran reste noir sans le son, parcontre quand je redémarre le pc wintv marche impec .

Demain quand j'allumerai le pc pour regarder la tv , j'essayerai ce que tu m'as dis avec primary , et je te donnerai les résultats .

Il peut aussi s'agir d'un mauvais contact au niveau du slot.
Avant d'insérer une carte, toujours dépoussiérer avec le suceur d'un aspirateur.
Il peut aussi y avoir un problème d'alimentation du PC. Sa puissance est-elle suffisante?

J'ai fais les test avec primary , quand l'ecran est noir (au premier démarrage du pc ) rien n'y fait .

Après avoir redémarré j'ai essayé tous les modes , les deux derniers font planter WinTv et il n'y a que either ou vmr9 qui marche impec.


J'ai démonter la carte , nettoyé les slots du pc , et j'ai intervertis la carte sur plusieurs slot pour voir , mais rien toujours pareil

L'alim du pc je l'ai changé il y a un petit moment car j'avais changé de carte graphique et ça planté le pc maintenant j'ai une alim de 700w.

Sur le forum j'ai vue qu'il y a un soucie avec des proc dual core , le mien est un p4 ht , j'ai désactivé le hypertreading dans le bios mais je trouve que c'est pire car quand WinTv marche j'ai des saccades qu niveaux de l'image mais pas du son .

Il n'y a alors plus aucun problème?
Je fonctionne aussi de cette manière avec une carte video Nvidia avec ses pilotes à jour. Les pilotes de tes cartes son et video sont-ils à jour?

C'est avec des processeurs AMD dual core.
Il existe aussi une correction Microsoft pour les processeurs P4 Intel:

En fait non le problème n'est pas résolu , c'est toujours le même il faut que je démarre le pc 2fois voir 3 pour regarder WinTv.

Les pilotes de la carte vidéo ainsi que du son sont bien a jour.

Je vais voir si il y a des nouveaux pilotes pour la CG et CS , ainsi que le correctif de microsoft.

Vérifies si:
- L'observateur d'évenement de windows contient une piste du genre incident de démarrage d'un module qui pourrait correspondre ensuite à ton problème au lancement de WinTV.
- Le fichier MyVideos\HCWlog.txt contient une indication d'erreur correspondant à chaque incident.

- Le problème se produit aussi bien sur une chaine TNT qu'analogique?
- Lorsque WinTV ne fonctionne pas, fermes-le et lance ce programme de test en option 1 et vérifies son fichier ScanChannelsBDA.log. As-t-il trouvé correctement les chaines TNT avec une qualité d'au moins 90% ?

- As-tu aussi souvent le problème après un simple redémarrage de Windows (sans mise hors tension du PC)?
- Tu n'as pas d'overclock?
- Antivirus?

Hello !

Le problème ne se produit pas sur les chaines analogique elle marche tout le temps .

Quand je redémarre c'est pour regarder la tnt car au premier coup ça marche pas . Parcontre quand je revien sur le pc 5h après dans la journée des que je l'allume j'ai le même problème alors je redémarre.

Pas d'overclock tout d'origine pas de kit nos lol!

Et pas d'Antivirus .

Dans le fichier HCWlog.txt il y a ceci :

Désolé pour la longueur du message mais j'ai essayé que ça soit clair mais c'est pas evident avec ces trois fichiers de scanbda !

Parcontre dans l'observateur d'evenement je ne sais pas trop quoi regarder , il y a des avertissements et quelques erreurs .

En option 1, tu ne m'as donné que le dernier canal (pas d'émetteur).
les options 4 et 5 sont comme l'option 2: test de canaux UHF (avec offset + ou - 166Khz) ainsi que les canaux VHF espacés de 7Mhz (option 4) ou de 8MHz (option 5). Les canaux VHF ne sont pas utilisés pour la TNT en France.
J'aurais donc du te demander de lancer l'option 2 (avec offset) car ça m'était sorti de l'esprit, mais il me semble due la HVR110 est la seule carte Hauppauge qui, par défaut, ne se verrouille pas automatiquement sur la fréquence réelle.
Il n'est pas impossible que la dernière version corrige ce problème.
Or, il semble que tout tes multiplex comportent un offset.
Relances le test en option 2 et donnes moi ce qu'il a trouvé sur chacun des multiplex (en incluant la fréquence de base ainsi que les deux offsets).

Je suis en train de faire le scan avec l'option 2 , vue que WinTV marche pas au premier démarrage.

Tu peu m'expliquer pourquoi la carte bloquerai la fréquence la dessus je ne comprend pas trop. Et aussi , dans le scan j'ai TF1 M6 ou une autre qui est affiché plusieurs fois et quelquefois avec AC3 , pourquoi ?

Je suppose que tu habites du cotés de Toulouse.
Tu captes deux émetteurs différents (PIC DU MIDI et BONHOURE), ce qui explique que tu peux avoir la meme chaine sur deux canaux différents.
Le problème, c'est qu'aucune réception n'est stable dans le temps. La qualité peut etre à 100% (OK) et nulle la seconde d'après.
Je soupçonne un problème de parasitage interne au PC, ou externe:
- WiFi?
- Ventilateur?
- Ecran?
- Prise de terre défectueuse?
- Cable ou Prise d'antenne?
- Etc ...

- Tu es sur une antenne individuelle ou collective?

Effectivement j'habite a coté de toulouse (40kms) .

Je suis sur une antenne individuelle sur le toit. Que j'ai d'ailleurs changée pour recevoir la tnt et j'en ai profité pour tirer tous les câbles d'antenne.

Wifi j'ai pas , Ventilateur (1 sur le proc et 1 sur la Carte graphique) , Ecran tout récent 22" Hyundai LCD , Prise mural j'ai pas encore j'ai relié le cable directement au pc .

Parcontre quand je fais le scan avec l'option 2 , une fois que j'ai redémarré le pc et que WinTv marche , J'ai quasiment 100% partout .

Personnelement je pense que si c'etait un parasitage externe ou interne cela le ferai tout le temps . Tandis que la une fois que je redémarre le pc c'est impec , est que ça peut venir de windows ou d'une config bios ?

J'ai une chose a préciser , le pc que j'avais avant , c'est a dire au moment de l'achat de la carte , ça marchait impecable RAS , même que je captais Paris Première et TPS Stars sans rien faire , a rien comprendre Suspect

L'ancien PC : AMS SEMPRON 2800+ / ASUS A7N8X-X / 1024MO RAM / ATI 9800 PRO 256MO / WIN XP SP2

Le BIOS a généralement des paramètres de limitation des émissions parasites qui jouent sur le front de certaines horloges.

J'avais essayé au début , je vais le refaire pour voir si ça change quelques chose.

Oui l'antenne est bien dirigé , en fait je quasiment dans la ligne de mire des deux ! Au départ l'ancienne antenne etait sur carcassone .

Si tu me donnais le lien vers la documentation de ta carte, je gagnerais du temps!
C'est différent d'une carte à l'autre et il peut y en avoir plusieurs.
Dans ton cas, je pense qu'il faut commencer, s'il existe, par celui de réduction des EMI du BUS PCI. Tout laisse à croire qu'un circuit de ta carte HVR (ou de ton PC) se bloque dès son initialisation, peut-etre parce qu'un équilibre thermique n'est pas atteint?
Je ne sais plus si je t'ai déjà demandé: Tu n'as pas d'overclock?

Dans le menu avancé, CPU clock Spread Spectrum et PCIE clock Spread Spectrum sont par défaut , à "Enabled", essaies de les mettre à "Disabled".
Tu as aussi un paramètre "PCI clock synchronisation mode" qui est sur "Asynchrone" par défaut, tu peux essayer de le mettre sur "CPU", ou sur "PCIE".
Dans le menu "Pnp PCI" par défaut, Plug and play OS est sur "No", pour XP il devrait etre sur "ON". PCI Latency timer est à 64, tu peux essayer 32 ou 128
Je n'y crois pas beaucoup, mais songes à noter les paramètres d'origine.

Ton problème se manifeste-t-il si, au boot, tu retardes le chargement de XP pendant un temps assez long.

Peux-tu aussi me confirmer que, après un démarrage correct, Scanchanels trouve toujours une qualité supérieure à 90%?

Autre chose, as-tu la possibilité d'installer une deuxième copie de XP (dual boot)?

J'ai un problème similaire au tient.

Je raconte ma petite histoire. ^^

ça fait un petit moment que j'ai la même carte que toi ( HVR-1110, triangulaire ).
Au début, avec wintv 6. tout marchait correctement. Depuis que j'ai installé le winTV 7. Les chaines TNT laguaient, mais pas les chaînes analogiques. =S.
Depuis j'ai pensé que c'était un problème de mon câble d'antenne, donc j'ai changé mes fiches. et toujours le même problèmes.
Et après, plus Rien. Quand je lance wintv 7, il bug au démarrage, et quand je lance Power Cinéma, il ne m'affiche aucune chaîne. =S Et je crois qu'elle ne marchait plus depuis que j'ai rajouté un disque dur interne de 500giga.
=S. Un problème d'alimentation ?

Ma carte graphique est overclock d'origine. Nvidia 9800GT
Alimentation, 480 W Max.
Processeur : AMD Athlon 5600+ Dual core
2 disques dur interne. ( 1 de 250giga, 1 de 500giga )

PS: j'ai démonté la Carte TV, aucun Composant de cramer. =S

Bonsoir ,

En fait j'ai changé de configuration depuis le dernier message , j'ai monté un HTPC avec cette carte TV a l'interrieur .

Pour le moment je n'ai eu le temps de tester tout ceci , a mon avis c'est un pb soft car la carte elle même marche trés bien sur un autre pc.

Et la réception chez moi est trés bonne puisque je capte toutes les chaines de la tnt payante ou pas.

Sur le HTPC je suis passé sous VISTA Premium familial 32bits SP1 et mis a jour , la carte a été reconnu sans mettre les drivers. Au premier jet ça a l'air de bien marcher.


Si tu veux des renseignement n'hesite pas , j'essayerai dans la mesure du possible de poster la suite.


Et merci a Maurice qui m'a permis de chercher dans pas mal de piste.

Mon problème est résolu, après multiple essaies.

Après avoir tout désinstaller et tout réinstaller. Mon problème venait tout simplement de mon amplifcateur de signal, j'ai changé avec autre prise et là, il reconnait toutes les chaînes.

=))

Parcontre est-ce normal que cette carte chauffe beaucoup ? Car au touché, je me brûle Limite les doigts...
