Suite à plusieurs problème d'installation de WinFast PVR2 sous Vista, je me suis rapproché du support technique de Leadtek et voici leur réponse.

Tanks for your response.
I find a solution to my problem.
1) I uninstall Winfast PVR2 software
2) I reboot my computer
3) I re install Winfast PVR2 software
4) I watch TV
But each time, I close Winfast PVR2 software, I can not restart this software, I try to uninstall this software reboot my computer and re install Winfast PVR2 Software.
I Remove any software with your TV card and change another PCI slot with your Tv card first.
Download correct driver and latest AP from: http://www.leadtek.com.tw/eng/support/download.asp?downlineid=192&downline=WINFAST%20DTV1800%20H
R : I download the last Winfast software
Please consult below process to re-install try again.
R : I uninstall this software and restart my computer
First , you need make sure few things as following before then DTV1800H install:
1. Make sure all of windows update and windows service pack install with your machine.
R: I have the last update for Windows Vista Familial Premium
2. Make sure DirectX to 9.0C or more high edition install.
3. Make sure motherboard chipset driver install.
R : I have the last drivers for my motherboard (Asrok P65IG)
4. Make sure VGA card driver install.
R : the last VGA driver is install (I uninstall all codec from my computer and DivX software)
5. Make sure sound interface driver install.
Secondly, Please shutdown your machine.
Plag-in your DTV1800H to your machine 's PCI bus.
Make sure all of connector ( like antenna, audio-in cable.......etc.)
Boot your windows.
Windows will find new device and pop driver request message to you.
Install latest driver from download site.
R : The leadtek’s drivers are install correctly
Please let OS to find hardware and manual leadine driver path with you download folder.( this is inf way for driver install)
If you did install WinFast DTV software in early time, you need remove(uninstall) it by control panel\add remove program tool first.
Restart your OS.
Install latest WinFast PVR2 application from download site.
Start finished installed WinFast PVR2 application software, set correct country and city to match your location now.
Set " Sensitivity" to " Slow ( High Sensitivity ) to scan DTV broadcast channel.
Allright , above is installation process.
Provide you to consult.
If you still keep problem with can not install, please contact your store to replace another one or test service.

Inquiry: I bought a WinFast DTV1800 H card, and install her on Windows Vista, with any problem.
I can''t use Winfast PVR2, because i can not start this application with Vista.
I try our last upgrade but it is the same problem.
I can not use my Winfat DTV 1800 H. Please witch other software can be used with my card to watch TV.
